GROUTPRO PRECAUTIONS – COVID 19 Response

With the everchanging COVID 19 response environment, we are presented with in relation to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have decided to provide a proactive response that is in the best interests of our Specialists, Customers and Community.

We hope to be spared from this health emergency however, we believe that making some small, yet vital, changes to our Business will help protect ourselves and our customers with our COVID 19 response.

We come face to face with many people daily so we have implemented some changes that will come into effect immediately.

Precautions we are taking:

  1. We will under no circumstance come to work or enter your premises if we are unwell or have any flu-like symptoms.
  2. We will sanitise our hands prior to entering your premises.
  3. We will wash our hands periodically while on site and prior to leaving.
  4. All items will be sanitised before entering (vacuum, cleaning equipment, hoses, chemical bottles, etc).
  5. Any towels or cloths that are used will always be clean and sanitised prior to use.
  6. We will use gloves, safety glasses, barrier creams and other PPE as required.
  7. When we meet and greet you, we will avoid any physical contact (hand shaking).
  8. Face masks will be worn wherever mandated or requested.

What we require from you:

  1. Advise us of special requirements prior to us arriving. Let us know if you would like us to wear a mask while at your premises.
  2. Call ahead with any other specific requests.
  3. Please cancel the appoint as soon as possible if you or another person at the premises is experiencing flu-like symptoms or has been tested positive for COVID-19 or are in self-isolation.
  4. To protect all parties, we ask you to try and remain 1.5 meters away from us.

We want to ensure you that we are taking this very seriously. It is our intent to be proactive and limit risk to everyone’s wellness by being prepared. We will endeavour to keep you updated as the situation evolves.
